What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is an active meditation technique using a fast-paced 3-part breathing pattern.
Breathwork can change emotional default settings, lifetime patterns of depression, anxiety and addiction, connect you to your intuition, help you access your creativity and open your heart to increased gratitude and self-love. It is a self-healing practice that change lives and is an efficient and effective way to emotionally detox.
Breathwork is like coming home, coming home to yourself. It´s about returning to your true self. It grounds the nervous system, moves energy and brings you back to you.
Breathwork is an absolute game changer for your mentalt and emotional health.
This is a dive into the deep ocean, surrender, trust, and let go of your mind and allow yourself to go into your heart practice.
In-person & Virtual Breathwork groups

I host monthly virtual breathwork groups via zoom and weekly in person classes in Trondheim.
In person classes are held at SoulBody or at Dronningens gate.
1:1 Virtual Breathwork sessions.
30 - 60€|300 - 600 NOK| 30 - 75 min
1:1 virtual sessions are held via Zoom. This makes me able to work with you where ever you are, and you can stay in the comfort of your one home. Virtual sessions are as powerful and effective as in-person sessions.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A session consists of checking in on how your doing, and what´s coming up for you that we can work together with. A short meditation to ground your energy, followed by active breathing for 30-35 minutes to music (I´ll make a personalized playlist for you). The active breathing are followed by 10-15 minutes of rest and integration. During your session I´ll provide you with guidance to keep you breathing and I will hold the space and intuitively guide you through what comes up for you. I will use tools (if accepted by you) such as incense - sage, palo santo and sweetgrass, all for clearing, changing and purify the energy. I will also use essential oils for different purposes on your body to help you ground, open up and release.
There are a variety of emotional experiences and physical sensations that you might experience during breathwork. Even though each sensation is unique and personal to a person and their healing prosess, there are still some common ones. Most common is to feel various types of tingling, vibration, and emotional releases, as well as physical releases as you breathe.
After a session, you’ll likely feel some combination of clarity in your mind and even in your body, some calmness and relaxation, a stronger connection to yourself and others, self love, forgiveness. The feeling of being grounded and open. Some creative inspiration might come. I always enjoy writing down my thoughts and feelings after a session. In my experience, working with breathwork on a regularly basis is the best and most effective way to heal the body, mind and spirit.
For remote sessions via zoom I´ll email you the information you need to set up a healing environment for yourself that makes you ready and comfortable for our session.
It´s important to me that you feel safe and hold during your whole session. I will alway be there for you to support you and guide you through anything that comes up for you, both under and after your breathwork session.
